Key Responsibilities:
- Manage office operations and procedures to ensure organizational effectiveness
- Supervise administrative staff and provide training and support as needed
- Coordinate office activities and events to promote a positive workplace culture
- Maintain office supplies and inventory, ensuring availability and cost-effectiveness
- Handle correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail
- Assist in budgeting and financial management for office expenses
- Implement and maintain office policies and procedures
- Support human resources functions, including onboarding and employee relations
- Prepare reports and presentations as required

Skills and Qualifications:
