Industrial Process Engineer
This candidate will work out of our Tullytown, PA office.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Estimate manufacturing costs, determine time standards, and make recommendations for tooling and process requirements of new or existing product lines
- Lead projects (start to finish) to select, order, review design, install, and start-up the assembly process to build products.
- Work collaboratively with other engineering functions, manufacturing operations, R&D to gather and analyze process data and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce waste
- Research and analyze process technology and implement solutions for cost efficient and robust assembly processes
- Learn and document processes for analysis and continuous improvement
- Support other industrial and manufacturing engineering projects as needed
- Hands on approach to assembly process design and implementation
- Realize work instructions and bill of materials
Qualifications/skills require:
- Ability to interface with all levels of the organization (internally and externally)
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
- Experience creating product flow analysis and layouts
- Experience with validation process
- Experience with the assembly of cosmetic product
- Experience with time standard and work instruction generation
- Thorough knowledge of product conveyance and material handling systems. Including robust system design and design for functional safety
- Minimum of 3 years, working in a Manufacturing Engineering role with progressive growth in responsibilities.
- Experience with ERP systems
- Experience installing and starting up various assembly processes
- Understanding of MTM time standard generation
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field. Relevant fields of study include industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, manufacturing engineering and civil engineering.
