Job Overview:

Conducts initial psychosocial assessments and develops treatment plan and strategies. Provides individual , group, and family therapy and psycho education to patients/families as assigned.

Qualifications:

Required:

• Master’s degree in recognized mental discipline with appropriate licensure which may include LCSW, LSW, LPC or Licensed Psychologist.
• Minimum two years prior work experience preferred.
• Certification or successful completion of training will be done within three months of start date. Successful completion of all orientation programs is required.
• Bilingual

Essential Functions:

• Completes all required documentation in a timely manner, and stays current with all required competencies and licensure requirements.
• Schedules required amount of weekly appointments and maintains required amount of face- to –face time with clients.
• Provides new patient orientation on a weekly basis or as needed. Attends weekly treatment team meetings and staff huddles as required.
