NASC GLOBAL is proud to support the recruitment of a seasoned Pharmacist for our valued client, a respected healthcare provider serving northern New York and Vermont.

This six-hospital network is dedicated to delivering compassionate, expert healthcare to rural communities, providing essential services including emergency care, cardiovascular services, and cancer treatment.

Signing Bonus:
A $15,000 signing bonus will be offered, paid in three installments over two years.

Position Overview:
As a Pharmacist, you will play an integral role in the preparation and dispensing of medications for both inpatient and outpatient care. Your contributions will directly support the delivery of high-quality healthcare in rural areas, ensuring patients receive the best possible treatment. The role involves working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient care and treatment plans.
Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary: $120,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year.
• Signing Bonus: $15,000, paid in three installments.
• Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and dispense medications and pharmaceutical supplies for inpatient and outpatient care.
• Ensure the accuracy of prescriptions and maintain compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
• Provide medication consultations to patients and healthcare professionals.
• Work collaboratively with healthcare providers to optimize patient treatment plans.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy (BS Pharmacy).
• Registered Pharmacist in NY State.
• Minimum of 2 years of Hospital Pharmacy experience.
• Work the evening shift (Primary shift: 2:30 PM to 11 PM).
• Work onsite in Pittsburg, NY.
• Residency training experience.
• Experience with Epic systems.
• Retail pharmacy experience.
