HVAC Service Technician at The Elms Hotel & Spa – Excelsior Springs, Missouri

We're looking for a qualified, dedicated HVAC Service Technician who is experienced and wants to work for a hospitalityindustry leader. If you're an experienced technician, we'd like to talk with you.

· Installing, maintaining, and repairing ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment.

· Identifying maintenance risks and addressing potential issues with HVAC equipment

· Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems.

· Performing routine maintenance, cleaning, adjusting, and repairs.

· Carries out the servicing, repairs, and overhaul of equipment.

· Performs daily visual inspections of equipment.

· Maintains a daily equipment log of events completed so inventory is adjusted.

· Be alert, courteous and helpful to guests.

· Maintain the highest level of employee/guest relations.

· Maintain a good working relationship with all Departments
