Compensation:
Our client offers a competitive compensation package ranging from $120,000 to $140,000, commensurate with your experience, education, certifications, and skill set. This reflects a strong commitment to attracting top-tier talent for this pivotal role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the organization, program, and unit philosophy of care
• Supervise the nursing management team, ensuring high standards of patient care
• Serve as a liaison between physicians, patients, referral sources, and employees
• Oversee compliance with all nursing policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Prepare and present monthly reports on operational performance and patient care metrics

Qualifications:

• Education: Must possess a postgraduate degree in nursing or a related field (e.g., healthcare administration or business administration), or have a written plan to obtain these qualifications
• Licensure: Current, unencumbered State Board of Nursing license
• Certifications: CPR Certification and Crisis Prevention Training (CPI) within 30 days of employment and prior to any patient contact
• Experience:
  • Prior experience in a psychiatric healthcare facility preferred.
  • Direct experience working with chemical dependency, dual diagnosis, psychiatric, and geriatric patients preferred.
  • Strong background in patient assessments, family engagement, treatment planning, and communication with external review organizations or comparable entities.
  • Previous leadership experience strongly preferred.
