POSITION SUMMARY

The Food Safety & Compliance Administrator plays a crucial role in supporting the Food Safety and Compliance Department at Pacific Trellis Fruit. This position is responsible for ensuring adherence to food safety regulations, customer compliance, sustainability reporting, and technical data requirements for the products distributed by Pacific Trellis Fruit.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and update multiple compliance portals.

• Manage and update product catalog.

• Manage and update company technical document database.

• Administrative support for company in relation to food safety and compliance.

• Perform other duties and projects as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Education and Experience

Any combination of education and experience that is likely to provide the required knowledge, skills, and abilities for this position will be considered. Typically, this includes:

• Bachelor's degree, foreign equivalent, or equivalent work experience in Food Safety, Agriculture, or a closely related degree from an accredited institution is strongly preferred.

• 1 year of direct or related experience in food safety, compliance, or related administrative roles.

• Familiarity with the fresh produce industry or agriculture sector is strongly preferred.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage priorities effectively in a remote/office hybrid work environment.

• Ability to work extended hours, evenings and/or weekends as Company needs require.
