Job Description:

The Vice President of Supply Chain will lead the transformation of our supply chain and procurement organization, driving efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and sustainability. Provide strategic direction, oversee performance metrics, and implement best practices to optimize our supply chain operations. This is a unique opportunity to build out a modern supply chain organization, shape the future of healthcare supply chain management and contribute to our mission of delivering high-quality care to our patients.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• B.S./B.A. degree in Business (or other related degree programs), MBA preferred
• 10-15 years supply chain and procurement experience, preferably in healthcare industry.
• Proven track record in delivery of complex, cross-functional supply chain and procurement initiatives on time and on budget
• Seasoned supply chain and procurement professional, knowledgeable in supply chain and procurement best practices
• Strong organizational, planning and problem-solving skills – multi task oriented with strong attention to detail
• Strong people management, development and coaching experience
• Excellent interpersonal skills to facilitate change management with colleagues and key stakeholders (perceptive and adaptable)
• Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiating skills
• Must be able to interface at all levels of the organization and with suppliers to solve problems when facing evolving demands
