Clinic Assistant at White River Medical Center (Health System) – Batesville, Arkansas

Job Summary: As a Clinic Assistant you are responsible for the smooth and effective operations of the clerical, billing, admission/registration, and patient scheduling aspects of the Clinic and Provider. Financial tracking and daily reconciliation of revenues is extremely important in this position. Maintains a compassionate attitude, models courtesy, works towards overall timeliness, proves a commitment to coworkers, communicates effectively, shows program ownership, maintains patient confidentiality, promotes patient and staff safety, maintains a professional image/demeanor, promotes a leadership role, and exemplifies honesty and integrity.

Job Qualifications:
1. High School Diploma or equivalent. Associate Degree in Business Administration preferred.
2. Previous office administration experience preferred.
3. Computer Literacy required.
4. Positive interpersonal relationship skills required.
