Position Requirements:

Graduation from an accredited two-year dental hygiene program.

Must hold a dental hygiene license to practice in the State of Kentucky.

Must hold CPR certification.

Must have a local anesthesia license.

Must be able to provide a high level of customer service.

Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Must have the ability to multi-task and work effectively in a face paced environment.

Must follow HIPAA compliance.

Must be able to thrive in a team-oriented environment.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to work in an area where the noise level is typical of an office environment.

Must be able to sit or stand for extended periods of time.

Must wear personal protective equipment (PPE), as mandated by OSHA and/or FHC
