• Seat guests in correct rotation
• Control the wait list
• Control the waiting crowd
• Alert servers if they have been sat in a section that is not their own.
• Keep the host stand neat and orderly
• Buss and wipe tables
• Sweep under a table before reseating it
• Spot sweep
• Roll silverware if needed
• Do regular bathroom checks
• Sweep the parking lot at the start of your shift
• Wear a clean uniform everyday
• Wear skid-proof shoes
• Do your sidework to completion
• Do as instructed by leadership
