You will review expert call transcripts to identify and mitigate potential exposure to confidential or non-public information, ensuring strict adherence to internal compliance frameworks and regulatory standards. Working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, you will play a critical first-line role in safeguarding the quality and legality of content shared with clients. The position requires strong investigative skills, intellectual curiosity, and the ability to quickly assess complex information across financial and regulatory contexts. You will also conduct in-depth research across financial documents and public disclosures to validate information accuracy and availability. Collaboration and communication are key, as you will coordinate findings and escalate issues when necessary. This is a detail-oriented role with direct impact on compliance integrity and customer trust.
- Review expert call transcripts as the first line of defense to identify and flag potential material non-public or confidential information.
- Conduct detailed due diligence on call content and document compliance issues in accordance with internal protocols and regulatory standards.
- Escalate violations or risks to ensure proper handling of non-compliant content and adherence to sourcing guidelines.
- Research financial reports, regulatory filings, and external data sources to validate whether information is publicly available.
- Maintain accurate records of reviews, workflows, and compliance findings within internal systems.
- Support operational efficiency by identifying process improvements in compliance review and documentation workflows.
- Manage communications and coordination tasks in a time-sensitive, high-volume environment.
- Ensure consistent adherence to legal, regulatory, and internal compliance requirements across all reviewed content.
- 1–2 years of experience in a paralegal, legal assistant, compliance, financial, or business analyst role is preferred, or equivalent transferable experience.
- Strong research, analytical, and investigative skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent reading comprehension and ability to accurately interpret complex written information.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain organization under tight deadlines.
- Comfort working independently in a fast-paced, high-volume, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong written communication skills, including documentation and reporting of findings.
- Familiarity with financial documents, regulatory filings, or legal/compliance concepts is a plus.
- Ability to work fixed hours from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM Pacific Time.
- Competitive base salary ranging from $53,000 to $57,000 USD.
