This internship offers a hands-on opportunity to contribute to regulatory technology and compliance operations within a global financial services environment. You will support initiatives that enhance data accuracy, broker communications, and regulatory information management across international markets. The role combines research, data organization, and stakeholder engagement, giving you exposure to both compliance frameworks and fintech operations. You will interact with global brokerage partners to gather and validate key operational data while helping structure it for internal and client use. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will gain insight into how regulatory data flows are managed in complex financial ecosystems. This position is ideal for a motivated learner eager to build experience in compliance, data management, and financial technology.

Accountabilities

In this role, you will support broker outreach, data management, and documentation activities that contribute to regulatory and operational efficiency:

  • Conduct global broker outreach to collect, confirm, and update operational and technical information.
  • Document and maintain broker responses in centralized databases with accuracy and consistency.
  • Build and maintain relationships with brokerage contacts to ensure timely and reliable communication.
  • Research and document broker feed requirements, including data formats, fields, and delivery methods.
  • Analyze collected information to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
  • Prepare structured reports and summaries for internal teams and client-facing use.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, templates, and process guidelines for broker outreach activities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support onboarding and integration of broker data feeds.
Requirements

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, curious, and eager to develop skills in regulatory technology and financial data management:

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in finance, business, computer science, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage professionally with external stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently while contributing effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong analytical mindset and interest in data organization and reporting.
  • Basic understanding of financial services, compliance, or regulatory concepts is a plus.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, databases, or data analysis techniques is a plus.
