Job Description

Director, GTM Operations

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Director, GTM Operations in United States.

This is a foundational leadership role responsible for building and scaling the GTM Operations function within a high-growth SaaS environment transforming the utility sector. The position acts as a strategic partner to revenue leadership, translating high-level GTM strategy into scalable systems, processes, and infrastructure that enable predictable revenue growth. It combines hands-on operational execution with technical system ownership, including GTM architecture, data pipelines, and automation strategy. The role also leads two functional managers and plays a key part in shaping how sales, marketing, and revenue operations function together at scale. Operating in a fast-moving, remote-first environment, this leader will drive both near-term execution and long-term operational design. It is ideal for someone who thrives in building from the ground up while developing high-performing teams.

Accountabilities:
  • Lead end-to-end GTM operations by defining execution cadence, prioritization frameworks, and operational discipline across revenue operations.
  • Manage and develop two direct reports overseeing GTM systems, analytics, and field operations, supporting their growth as leaders.
  • Own forecasting and pipeline governance processes, ensuring accurate deal inspection, reporting rigor, and revenue predictability.
  • Translate executive-level GTM strategy into actionable quarterly and monthly execution plans aligned with business goals.
  • Define and evolve the GTM tech stack, including Salesforce architecture, system integrations, automation, and data infrastructure.
  • Lead the transition from manual workflows to scalable, automated GTM processes supported by modern tooling and AI adoption.
  • Build and operationalize marketing operations infrastructure, including HubSpot administration and Salesforce integration.
  • Oversee reporting and analytics delivery, ensuring data accuracy, trust, and scalability across dashboards and business insights.
  • Establish data governance standards to ensure a single source of truth across all GTM systems.
  • Drive process optimization across deal desk, pipeline management, and cross-functional handoffs to improve efficiency and revenue flow.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in revenue operations, GTM operations, or sales operations within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Proven experience managing and developing teams in a direct people leadership role.
  • Strong technical understanding of Salesforce architecture, system integrations, data flows, and automation design principles.
  • Experience building or scaling marketing operations systems, ideally using HubSpot or similar platforms.
  • Deep familiarity with GTM engineering concepts including workflow automation, data infrastructure, and AI/ML applications in revenue operations.
  • Strong expertise in reporting and analytics design, including data models, definitions, and scalable reporting systems.
  • Ability to operate across both strategic planning and hands-on technical troubleshooting.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills in a fast-paced, scaling environment.
Benefits:
  • Remote-first work environment with flexible hours across North America.
  • Competitive total compensation package designed to grow with performance and impact.
  • Home office setup support including MacBook and $800 workspace allowance.
  • Comprehensive health, dental, vision, and life insurance coverage from day one.
  • Generous PTO policy plus unlimited sick days for true flexibility and wellbeing.
  • Retirement savings plans with employer matching (RRSP in Canada, 401k in the US).
  • Annual learning and development budget ($2,500), plus tuition assistance and learning perks.
  • Strong culture of team connection through annual events and company offsites.
  • Inclusive and supportive work environment focused on growth, innovation, and impact.
