As a Senior Fulfilment Technician, you will independently execute and support all warehouse activities, including inbound, outbound and inventory control processes. You will ensure the accuracy of transactions, resolve discrepancies and support operational flow.

Acting as a key point of support on the shop floor, the Senior Technician will help guide technicians, troubleshoot issues and maintain inventory integrity.

What You’ll Do:

Inbound & Inventory Control

• Perform and oversee goods receipt, verification, and put-away
• Ensure correct documentation and system alignment for inbound shipments
• Troubleshoot receiving and system discrepancies

Outbound & Shipping

• Perform final verification of outbound orders and shipments
• Ensure compliance with country-specific shipping requirements across European Markets
• Support urgent and priority shipments

Inventory Accuracy & Control

• Perform and support cycle counts and investigations
• Execute inventory adjustments and corrections in ERP
• Maintain high levels of stock accuracy and location control

RMA & Reverse Logistics

• Process returns and RMA inventory
• Investigate discrepancies and ensure timely resolution
• Maintain tracking and documentation for returns

Systems & Process

• Execute intermediate ERP transactions and troubleshooting
• Support system troubleshooting and process adherence
• Train Technicians on processes and systems

What You Bring:

• High school diploma, University Degree preferred
• Polish and English proficiency (written & spoken)
• 2+ years warehouse or distribution experience, experience in regulated or controlled environments preferred
• Experience with ERP systems (JDE or similar)
• Strong understanding of inventory control processes
• Ability to lift up to 23kg
• Comfort with sustained manual and operational activity

Compensation:

Pay for this role is competitive and based on experience, with qualifications and performance considered.

This role involves on-site work. While non-local candidates may apply, relocation and housing assistance are not provided, and candidates are responsible for all related expenses.
