Position Overview
- We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Evaluating Occupational Therapist to join our growing team. This full time role focuses on conducting high quality OT evaluations throughout DFW, while collaborating closely with families and interdisciplinary team members. The ideal candidate is organized, confident in clinical decision-making, and comfortable with family communication.

Who We’re Looking For
- You’re a compassionate, driven Pediatric OT who loves working with kids and values teamwork, flexibility, and growth. You’re done with corporate burnout and ready for a company that actually walks the walk when it comes to valuing employees.

Key Responsibilities:
- Complete 10-15 evaluations per week
- Perform comprehensive assessments and develop clear, timely evaluation reports.
- Communicate evaluation results and recommendations with parents/caregivers.
- Independently schedule evaluations
- Collaborate with therapists, support staff, and leadership to ensure continuity of care.

Qualifications:
- Doctorate or Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Current Occupational Therapy License in the state of Texas
- Pediatric experienced preferred
- Bilingual (Spanish) skilled preferred not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to professional growth and collaborative care
