Beacon Health System is seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist (PT) to join our Inpatient Rehabilitation team in Bremen, Indiana. This daytime position offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative, patient-centered environment focused on helping individuals regain mobility, function, and independence.

Position Overview
The Physical Therapist is responsible for evaluating, planning, and implementing individualized treatment programs for patients in an inpatient rehab setting. This role works closely with an interdisciplinary team to support recovery and ensure the highest quality of care.

Schedule

Full-time, Day shift

Weekend/holiday rotation as needed

Key Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized care plans

Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to improve mobility and function

Collaborate with physicians, nursing, and therapy teams to coordinate care

Educate patients and families on treatment plans and discharge goals

Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with regulatory standards

Qualifications

Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program

Current or eligible Indiana Physical Therapist license

Previous inpatient or acute care experience preferred (new grads welcome to apply)

Strong communication and teamwork skills
