General Labor- Snow Remover/Driver at Kept Companies, Inc – Fairfield, New Jersey

THIS IS A WEEKEND SHIFT.

Job Responsibilities:

-Operate a pickup truck equipped with snow plowing equipment to clear snow from school parking lots
-Perform overnight snow plowing services as needed on weekdays and weekends
-Follow site-specific maps and instructions to place snow piles in designated areas
-Ensure parking lots are cleared safely and efficiently to provide a safe environment for students and staff
-Work extended shifts of up to 12 hours during snow events
-Communicate effectively with supervisors regarding site conditions and job completion

Job Requirements:

-Ability to reliably work on an on-call basis, including overnight shifts, weekdays, and weekends
-Proven reliability and dependability; call-offs will not be tolerated due to the safety-sensitive nature of school properties
-Ability to safely operate a snow plow vehicle for extended periods of time (up to 12 hours per shift)
-Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
-Ability to work in cold weather conditions for extended periods
-Must be 21 years or older
