As an Advanced Clinical Nurse, you’ll play a key leadership role in delivering high-quality, age-specific care while partnering closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to drive exceptional patient outcomes. What You’ll Do

As a trusted clinical expert, you will:

• Deliver comprehensive, age-appropriate nursing care across the continuum

• Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized plans of care

• Administer medications and treatments safely and effectively

• Identify nursing diagnoses and proactively address patient needs

• Delegate care appropriately in alignment with Valleywise Health policies

• Serve as a patient advocate and educator, empowering individuals and families

• Ensure accurate, timely documentation and compliance standards

• Provide guidance and indirect supervision to ancillary staff

• Participate in team-building initiatives and quality improvement efforts

This role may require standby or on-call availability, offering the opportunity to make a difference whenever patients need it most.

The night shift pay differential will be paid at 18% of the employee's base rate of pay. The weekend shift pay differential will be paid at 8% of the employee's base rate of pay.
