We are looking for a skilled Web Application Developer with 4–5 years of experience in designing and building customized web applications. The ideal candidate has strong full-stack capabilities, enjoys solving business problems through tailored digital solutions, and can work closely with clients and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performing applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy customized web applications tailored to client or business needs
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to understand functional and technical requirements
• Develop responsive, user-friendly frontends and robust backend services that can scale rapidly in response to business needs
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security while being compliant to all existing policies and rules relevant to the healthcare industry
• Integrate third-party APIs and services
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing applications
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices of web application development
• Support deployment, release management, and post-production maintenance
• Stay updated with emerging web technologies and frameworks with focus on integration of Gen AI processes

Required Skills & Qualifications
Technical Skills

• Strong proficiency in:
  • JavaScript/TypeScript
  • HTML5, CSS3
  • Modern frontend frameworks (React / Angular / Vue)
• Backend experience in the following backend technology stacks
  • Node.js / Python / Java / .NET
• Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
• Familiarity with databases:
  • SQL (MySQL/PostgreSQL) and/or NoSQL (MongoDB)
• Version control using Git or Bitbucket or SVN
• Experience with cloud platforms – AWS or AZURE and significant experience in deployment on cloud platforms
• Understanding of web security best practices and automated testing procedures along with knowledge of application security ( Pen testing / VAPT)
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps will be beneficial to have

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building enterprise or client-facing custom solutions for the US Life Sciences Industry
• Exposure to DevOps practices and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
• Experience in performance optimization and scalability planning
• Prior consulting or client delivery experience in the US Healthcare consulting industry is a plus
