Maintenance Technician- Hood Cleaning at Kept Companies, Inc – Pompano Beach, Florida

Responsibilities
Perform scheduled hood cleaning services for restaurants and commercial kitchens.
Ensure compliance with fire protection and safety standards.
Diagnose technical problems and determine solutions.
Utilize mobile applications to complete service tickets and reports.
Maintain tools, equipment, and vehicle in excellent condition.
Perform setup and teardown of all equipment at job sites.
Perform pressure washing services for residential and commercial properties.
Operate and maintain pressure washing equipment.
Clean and prepare surfaces prior to pressure washing.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
Must be 21 years of age or older.
Experience with pressure washing equipment and techniques (preferred).
Ability to troubleshoot and perform basic maintenance on equipment.
Physical ability to lift 50-70 lbs and work in various weather conditions.
Good communication and time management skills.
Must pass a background check and DMV record check.
