You'll work on high-end residential properties, performing demolition, construction, repair, and finishing work. Key Responsibilities

• Perform physical construction and renovation tasks on residential pool projects.
• Execute demolition, framing, plumbing, tile, coping, concrete, and finish work.
• Repair and upgrade existing pool structures and features.
• Maintain job site cleanliness, safety, and organization.
• Follow project instructions and design plans accurately and efficiently.
• Collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet deadlines and client expectations.
• Operate tools and machinery safely and effectively.
• Handle materials and equipment loading/unloading.
• Work independently in the field while maintaining communication with project managers.

Qualifications

• Experience in pool construction, renovation, landscaping, hardscaping, or general trades preferred.
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions, including heat.
• Able to perform physically demanding tasks (lifting, digging, bending, standing for long periods).
• Self-starter with the ability to follow instructions and complete work independently.
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.

Schedule

• Full-Time
• Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend work based on project needs
• Typical shift: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM (subject to seasonal variation)
