- Campaign Execution: Assist in planning, setting up, and optimizing User Acquisition campaigns across major advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.
- Creative & A/B Testing: Collaborate with the Creative team to continuously test and identify winning ad creatives.
- Data Analysis & Insights: Generate campaign performance reports, extract actionable insights, and propose strategic optimizations.
- Target Candidates: 3rd or 4th-year students, or fresh graduates in Marketing, Business, or related fields.
- Career Orientation: Long-term career orientation in the Mobile Games industry.
- Interests: Passionate about mobile games, especially casual games.
- Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of the role, familiarity with ad networks (Google Ads, Meta Ads) and basic metrics (CTR, CPM, ROAS,…) is a plus.
- Core Skills: Strong creative thinking and data analysis skills.
- Soft Skills: Excellent teamwork, proactive, and a fast learner.
