• Lead the creation and evolution of design systems, art guidelines, and visual standards across projects
• Develop engaging creative assets for social media, marketing campaigns, presentations, and branded materials
• Ensure consistency and quality across all visual outputs, adhering to established brand guidelines and templates
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver design solutions aligned with business goals
• Design and produce corporate merchandise, event visuals, booths, and branded environments
• Analyze and improve design workflows to increase efficiency and scalability
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining clear communication with internal stakeholders

• Strong proficiency in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop
• Solid understanding of composition, layout, typography, and color theory
• Proven experience designing for social media, presentations, infographics, and branded merchandise
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a proactive mindset
• Experience leveraging AI tools in the creative process is a plus
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
