• The Mental Health Security is responsible for ensuring the safety of the patients and the staff on the unit. They will be asked to handle multiple priorities and to show independent discretion/decision making skills. They will need to make decisions under pressure, manage stress and work well with others. They will need to manage non-compliant behaviors using appropriate CPI techniques.

  • Valid Driver’s License
  • BLS within 90 days of DOH/Transfer
  • CPI within 90 days of DOH/Transfer
