NEIS, An ARMStrong Receivables Company is seeking a Phone Operations Administrative Assistant as we continue to grow our team. Phone Operations Administrative Assistants handle various administrative functions to support the Phone Audit Department, ensuring accurate and timely processing of audit-related tasks.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Save verification from SFTP, fax, and mail sources.
  • Upload information to auditor SFTP folders.
  • Attach verification to files in audit systems.
  • Generate and send appointment, agent, and compliance letters.
  • Manage carrier correspondence regarding reopens, additional time requests, and status updates.
  • Enter premium basis into audit systems.
  • Respond to and manage various shared email inboxes.
  • Process policy updates and recalls.
  • Write and review non-productive audits.
  • Inform auditors and note progress reports of carrier updates.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of all tasks handled by the Admin team.
  • Communicate and coordinate with colleagues as necessary.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Strong judgment and critical thinking skills.
  • Proficient in word processing and email communication.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills.
  • Strong computer skills and ability to work in multiple audit systems.
  • Ability to multitask and work well in a team environment.
Compensation and Benefits:
  • Compensation annual range $17 - $20 per hour depending on experience.
