We are currently looking for a Global Compliance Program Manager in the United States.In this role, you will drive execution and operational excellence across global compliance initiatives, ensuring regulatory and content programs are delivered efficiently, predictably, and at scale. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage integrated roadmaps, and oversee program-level goals such as audit readiness, regulatory change impact, and continuous improvement initiatives. Acting as a key partner to leadership and regional teams, you will track compliance metrics, identify opportunities for automation, and maintain transparent communication across geographies and functions. This hands-on position requires a detail-oriented, systems-minded professional who thrives in a fast-paced SaaS environment with evolving priorities. You will play a critical role in embedding governance processes, enabling compliance automation, and supporting enterprise-wide regulatory objectives.Accountabilities:
  • Own program-level planning, coordination, and execution of global compliance and regulatory content initiatives
  • Maintain master roadmaps, tracking milestones, dependencies, risks, and delivery status across multiple workstreams
  • Partner with Project Managers, Regional Leads, and cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Localization, and Sales to ensure consistent initiative execution
  • Establish and maintain standardized program artifacts such as intake tracking, timelines, status reports, and decision logs
  • Drive operational cadence through recurring forums, status updates, and stakeholder touchpoints
  • Track and report on KPIs, including throughput, SLA adherence, turnaround times, and automation readiness
  • Support governance and escalation processes by surfacing risks, blockers, and trade-offs with clear recommendations
  • Document and continuously improve program management processes, workflows, and tooling
  • Enable compliance automation initiatives and ensure alignment between regulatory intent, operational execution, and system implementation timelines
Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in Business, Operations, Technology, Compliance, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of program management experience in a SaaS, technology, or regulated environment
  • Proven experience managing complex, multi-workstream programs with shifting priorities and dependencies
  • Strong cross-functional coordination experience across Product, Engineering, Operations, and client-facing teams
  • Systems-oriented, comfortable with ambiguity, and skilled in building structure and scalable processes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, including executive-ready reporting
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and delivery-focused
  • Advanced experience with planning and collaboration tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Wrike)
  • Familiarity with KPI development, operational dashboards, and performance reporting
  • Experience in compliance, HSE, ESG, or other regulated content domains strongly preferred
  • PMP, Agile, Six Sigma, or similar certifications a plus
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
