About the role

  • We’re looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented IT Field Technician to join our Stabilization Team. This position is perfect for someone who thrives in the field, enjoys tackling technical challenges, and takes pride in improving IT environments.

As the boots-on-the-ground support for our remote engineers, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring customer systems meet our high standards. Your day-to-day will include:

  • Performing on-site diagnostics and troubleshooting
  • Conducting physical inspections of network infrastructure
  • Completing hardware configurations and cleanups
  • Working directly with end users to stabilize and optimize their IT environments

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in IT field support, helpdesk, or technical services.
  • CompTIA A+ , Network +, or equivalent certifications
  • Self-management skills, including the ability to meet deadlines
  • Familiarity with Autotask or similar ticketing systems a plus.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks
  • Ability to work safely, independently, quickly, and efficiently while following instructions
  • Team worker willing to do what it takes to get the job done
  • Eagerness to learn
  • Good record-keeping skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to lift 50- 100 lbs.
  • Ability to show up on time looking professional
  • Valid driver's license & Clean driving record
  • Willing and able to take & pass drug test
  • 18+ years of age
