Job Summary
We are seeking a Field Application Scientist to partner with us and contribute to our company's goals and our customers’ needs. The Field Application Scientist will provide technical support to customers in the Central US region. In this position, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries and offering technical solutions, as well as building and maintaining strong customer relationships.

- Provide timely support for products and services by answering technical inquiries from customers through email, phone calls, online chat, and visits.
- Offer comprehensive technical solutions and escalate issues and problems where warranted.
- Summarize trends and emerging technologies such as technical tips, FAQs, and troubleshooting guides.
- Identify gaps /errors and recommend updates to technical content on the company website and internal files to improve accuracy and usability
- Present product and technical information at trade shows and customer field visits.
- Participate in product training and continuing education on new applications to stay cutting-edge in scientific technology.
- Lead technical trainings for internal teams.
- Travel within the territory 10-20% of the time.
- Other projects or responsibilities as may be required.
Minimum Qualifications – Education and Experience
- M.S. or PhD degree in biotech, Ab development, immunology, protein chemistry, organoids, or related discipline required.
- 3+ years of experience in relevant laboratory techniques.
Preferred Qualifications – Education and Experience
- Experience in applied science (antibody development, clinical research, diagnostics, customer-facing laboratory support) is a plus.
- Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese preferred.

Salary Range: $75,000 to $90,000 plus bonus
