PATIENT CARE TECHNICIAN at Morris Hospital – Morris, Illinois

• DESCRIPTION OF POSITION
  • A member of the healthcare team who aids the Charge Nurse, Registered Nurse and nursing assistants with clerical and patient care duties on the nursing units
• QUALIFICATIONS
  • Professional/Educational
    • At least 17 years of age.
    • Currently Certified by IDPH as a CNA.
    • Certified by the American Heart Association in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR).
    • DCFS Mandated Reporter Certificate of Completion required.

    • Basic computer skills preferred

  • Personal
    • Evidence of good health, grooming and professional conduct.
    • Desire and ability to cooperate with and/or under the direction of others.
    • Possesses a sense of responsibility, initiative and honesty.
    • Ability to follow directions accurately.
    • Appreciation of and desire to be a part of a health care team dedicated to providing patients optimal care.

Actual pay will be determined by qualifications, experience, and internal equity.
