- Adjudicate medical-only claims and limited lost time workers' compensation claims.
- Collaborate with case managers and legal representatives.
- Negotiate settlements to achieve the best possible outcomes.
- Maintain records and file timely documentation.
- Communicate effectively with all parties involved in the claims process.
- 2-5+ years of experience managing workers' compensation claims.
- Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
- Adjusters license in the appropriate jurisdiction.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with workers' compensation laws across multiple jurisdictions.
