About This Position
Description:
Under the direction of the Program Manager, Administrative Coordinator will represent the program in planning, implementation, and evaluation of the Community Councils. Provides administrative support necessary for the operation of the unit.
Administration
- Works collaboratively with the Program Manager with implementing program operations through policies and procedures, goals, and objectives.
- Prepare and maintain timely documentation and records in accordance with agency, state, accreditation, and other requirements, policies, and procedures.
- Review, interpret and analyze outcome data for improved practices in conjunction with the Program Manager
- Ensure timely submission of all regular or required reports.
- Coordinating trainings and off-site retreats with oversight of program manager.
- Work with Communications & Engagement for Social Media posts and Website updates, as well as schools and districts on Community Council events and activities.
- Work with Program Manager to ensure record compliance is met.
Data
- Timely, accurate processing and aggregation of data related to data and grant reports.
- Coordinate with data team to create and update data reports, including data quality monitoring; incidents; risk; compliance; productivity; client engagement and experience; program impact; and others as needed
- Analyze aggregated data to surface actionable insights, and communicate insights in visual, narrative and/or verbal form, as needed.
Miscellaneous
- Ability to work flexible hours, including some evenings to support program needs.
- Participate in agency meetings and committees as assigned or approved.
- Attend professional meetings and community activities.
- Maintain agency standards regarding confidentiality quality, and productivity.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in data, social work, counseling, psychology, human services, or related field.
- Ability to respond appropriately to the cultural differences present among the agency’s service population.
- Delacare Regulations require all staff to have at least 28 hours of training each year.
- Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills, required.
- Ability to work independently and accurately.
- Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license, which meets the requirements of the agency’s insurance carrier.
- Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff.
