In this role, you will play a pivotal part in planning, coordinating, and executing various events that align with the organization's objectives. You'll manage all aspects of event logistics, ensuring they run smoothly and within budget while delivering exceptional experiences for guests and stakeholders. Collaboration with internal teams and external vendors will be crucial to realize high-revenue producing events.   • Plan, coordinate, and execute a wide range of events aligned with company objectives.
  • Manage event logistics including venue procurement, entertainment, dining arrangements, and transportation.
  • Serve as a liaison between internal teams, guests, and vendors to ensure seamless execution.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for increasing owner participation.
  • Host assigned events and assist in other markets as needed.
  • Ensure adherence to budgetary constraints and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Requirements
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • 5+ years in marketing, campaign strategy, or loyalty marketing.
  • 2+ years of experience managing vendors or teams.
  • Understanding of the timeshare industry and its products.
  • Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Professional.
