Eastroc Beverage North America – the #3 energy drink company in the world – is coming to North America! Eastroc Beverage North America also owns Pittston Co-Packers. The Sales Support (Junior) role supports the day-to-day execution of Eastroc Beverages’ sales operations. This position works closely with the sales team, distributors, and internal departments to ensure accurate order processing, smooth execution, and reliable sales data. This is an entry-level role ideal for candidates seeking to build a career in the FMCG / beverage industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support sales team with distributor and customer order processing
- Coordinate with distributors on order status, delivery schedules, and basic documentation
- Track shipments, deliveries, and execution status with logistics and warehouse teams
- Maintain accurate sales, customer, and pricing data in CRM / ERP / SFA systems
- Prepare basic sales reports (weekly/monthly summaries, distributor performance)
- Assist with price lists, contracts, and sales documentation filing
- Support internal approval processes for pricing, promotions, and special terms

- 0–2 years of experience in sales support, operations, or FMCG-related roles
- Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills
- Basic proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office
- Good communication skills in English; Mandarin is a Must
- Willingness to learn and support fast-paced sales operations
