Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced and strategic Principal Project Manager to lead high-impact, cross-functional initiatives across the organization. This role is responsible for driving complex projects from conception through delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and budgets. The ideal candidate is a proven leader with exceptional communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.This position offers flexibility with full-time or part-time schedules and the ability to work in a hybrid environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage large-scale, complex projects and programs across multiple teamsDefine project scope, goals, deliverables, and success metricsDevelop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgetsIdentify, assess, and mitigate project risks and dependenciesServe as the primary point of contact for executive stakeholders and senior leadershipEnsure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budgetMentor and guide project managers and team members as neededDrive continuous improvement in project management processes and best practices
Required QualificationsExtensive experience in project or program management, preferably in a senior or principal-level roleStrong leadership and decision-making capabilitiesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentExperience working with cross-functional and distributed teamsBachelors degree required; advanced degree or certifications (PMP, PgMP, Agile, etc.) preferred
Work Authorization & Location RequirementsMust be authorized to work in the United States Candidates must be based in the United States
Compensation & BenefitsAnnual Salary: $155,000 $175,000 (commensurate with experience)Annual Bonus: Typically 1020% of base salaryBenefits Package Includes:401(k) retirement planHealth insuranceDental and vision insuranceLife insurance
