DevSecOps Engineer at Auria

Auria is seeking a DevSecOps Engineer to join our outstanding team in a hybrid position based in Colorado Springs, Colorado. This is a contingent position.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT TO DO:

Responsible for developing and enhancing continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) operations in multiple cloud service environments 
Support software quality efforts associated with product deliveries, conduct ongoing lifecycle maintenance of the DevSecOps toolchain, and implement upgrades to the software factory as needed 
Conduct automated system testing, integration, and deployment using DevSecOps tools and methods 
Recommend and implement upgrades and modifications to DevSecOps workflows and tools/products

WHAT THE TEAM REQUIRES:

Possess a obtain a U.S. Government SECRET security clearance (requires U.S. Citizenship)  Strong programming skills in Bash, YAML, Python, PowerShell, and AzureCLI 
Experience using GitLab, Ansible, Terraform, Nexus, and Jenkins 
Experience using AWS cloud and GCC High  Experience using application security concepts and vulnerability remediation techniques 
Experience working within an agile system development framework, conducting engineering tasks for a complex system 
Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage numerous demonstration events at the same time 
Excellent verbal, written, communication, and interpersonal skills  Ability to work independently as well as within a team 
Proficiency with M.S. Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

WHAT THE TEAM PREFERS:

Experience with software development, test automation, and system automation that supports the development of Infrastructure as Code (IaC), Configuration as Code (CaC), and Security as Code (SaC) 
Expertise with a modern software factory's CI/CD processes, tools, and technologies.  This includes knowledge of technologies such as GitLab, Ansible, Terraform,, Nexus, Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes. 
Knowledge of secure software development methodologies and implementing full-stack infrastructure with a Security First mindset 
Knowledge of security standards such as NIST 800-171, STIG Compliance, and Ansible Lockdown 
Experience with planning or supporting space missions

PAY TRANSPARENCY: The salary offered will be based on the selected candidate’s qualifications - skills, education & experience - and the position level. $140,000 - $160,000
