Throughout their meal, youll team up with servers to make sure everyones treated like royaltyfriendly, attentive, and always on point. KEY SKILLS/RESPONSIBILITIES
- Hospitality Heroes: Greet, seat, and shine! Make every guest feel like a VIP with your friendly vibes and positive attitude.
- Appearance Avengers: Look sharp! Rock your uniform, nametag, and a big smile to impress everyone you meet.
- Safety Superstars: Play it safe! Follow all the rules to keep guests and teammates happy, healthy, and secure.
- Operations Orchestrators: Keep things flowing! Manage reservations, tables, and orders so the show goes on without a hitch.
- Finance Fixers: Count it up! Help with payments and tips to make sure everything adds up just right.
- Skill Builders: Level up! Join trainings, take on new tasks, and show off your teamwork and trustworthiness.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- High school diploma or relevant hotel/field experience preferred.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills required.
- Demonstrated initiative and ability to meet deadlines consistently.
- Ability to assimilate and analyze complex information from various sources and adapt as needed.
- Competence in understanding financial data and performing basic arithmetic functions.
