Responsibilities:

• Maintain and continuously enhance wet etch operations in a high-volume production setting.
• Oversee process performance, resolve yield issues, and drive process optimization initiatives.
• Introduce and implement new methods to improve quality and relieve production bottlenecks.
• Install, commission, and qualify new equipment and process technologies.
• Assist with process and technology transfers and contribute to cross-functional troubleshooting efforts.
• Lead task groups and small-to-mid-scale projects while supporting Integration and Quality teams.

Required Experience:

• Bachelors degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of wet etch process engineering experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Solid understanding of wet etch fundamentals and methodologies.
• Experience with Akrion, DNS, SEZ, and/or Semitool wet etch equipment.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and multitasking abilities.
• Effective communication skills with experience working on global teams.
• Knowledge of DOE, data analysis, and statistical tools (e.g., JMP).
• Advanced degree (MS or PhD) preferred.
• Six Sigma certification and experience with lean manufacturing preferred.
• Familiarity with PROMIS WIP and JMP is a plus.
