Job Overview

LC Mechanical Inc. is seeking a skilled and licensed Industrial Plumber to join our Field Operations team. This full-time, onsite role focuses on installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems within commercial and industrial facilities with a specialization in the food and beverage industry.

This position is ideal for a safety-focused professional who takes pride in delivering high-quality workmanship, maintaining compliance with regulations, and working collaboratively to complete complex mechanical projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install, test, and commission industrial plumbing systems in commercial and industrial environments

  • Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on piping systems, fixtures, and equipment

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues efficiently to minimize downtime

  • Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications

  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal plumbing codes and safety regulations

  • Conduct system pressure testing and inspections

  • Maintain accurate documentation of work performed and materials used

  • Collaborate with project managers, clients, and fellow field team members

  • Adhere to all company and OSHA safety protocols

Qualifications
  • Valid Connecticut Plumbing License (required)

  • Minimum 5 years of industrial or commercial plumbing experience

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • Strong knowledge of industrial plumbing systems and applicable codes

  • Experience working in industrial facilities (food and beverage experience preferred)

  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical plans

  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • A background check will be completed as part of the onboarding process, in compliance with applicable laws
