LC Mechanical Inc. is seeking a skilled and licensed Industrial Plumber to join our Field Operations team. This full-time, onsite role focuses on installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems within commercial and industrial facilities with a specialization in the food and beverage industry.
This position is ideal for a safety-focused professional who takes pride in delivering high-quality workmanship, maintaining compliance with regulations, and working collaboratively to complete complex mechanical projects.

Key ResponsibilitiesInstall, test, and commission industrial plumbing systems in commercial and industrial environments
Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on piping systems, fixtures, and equipment
Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues efficiently to minimize downtime
Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal plumbing codes and safety regulations
Conduct system pressure testing and inspections
Maintain accurate documentation of work performed and materials used
Collaborate with project managers, clients, and fellow field team members
Adhere to all company and OSHA safety protocols
Valid Connecticut Plumbing License (required)
Minimum 5 years of industrial or commercial plumbing experience
High School Diploma or GED
Strong knowledge of industrial plumbing systems and applicable codes
Experience working in industrial facilities (food and beverage experience preferred)
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical plans
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
A background check will be completed as part of the onboarding process, in compliance with applicable laws
