Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Partner and Relationship Management Executive to join our dynamic sales team. This role involves managing and nurturing partnerships, driving revenue growth, and fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders. The ideal candidate will excel in building long-term collaborations, identifying opportunities, and executing strategic initiatives to meet sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Partner Management:
    • Identify and onboard new partners to expand business reach and capabilities.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for partners, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  2. Sales Growth:
    • Drive revenue growth by identifying cross-selling and upselling opportunities within partner relationships.
    • Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to partner needs and market trends.
    • Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
  3. Strategic Relationship Building:
    • Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within partner organizations.
    • Conduct regular business reviews to align on goals, performance, and strategic direction.
    • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product, customer success) to deliver value to partners.
  4. Market and Industry Insight:
    • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
    • Provide partners with relevant insights and updates to help them capitalize on market opportunities.
  5. Reporting and Analysis:
    • Prepare and deliver regular reports on partner performance, sales metrics, and progress toward goals.
    • Analyze partnership outcomes to identify areas for improvement and growth.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Experience:
    • 3+ years of experience in sales, partner management, or relationship management roles.
    • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing partnerships.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Strong negotiation and influencing abilities.
    • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and functions.
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
    • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Ability to keep records and files updated and clean relevant
