Education, Licensure & Certification

Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant

Experience Required

2+ years of experience working as a general pediatrics provider is required.

Education:

• Completion of an Accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Program
• Current, or ability to obtain an unrestricted license in the state of California
• Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) required
• Board Certified
• Current, Unrestricted state specific DEA license

The expected base salary range for this position located in Bakersfield, CA is $290,000-$298,000 or physicians and $130,000 -$133,900 for NP/PA's. It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range. Pediatric Associates offers are based on several factors including but not limited to the candidate’s education, work experience, and certifications, all of which are dependent on the requirements of the specific role.
