Key Responsibilities

• Develop leads and schedule appointments with prospective customers
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable insurance products
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Provide professional and courteous customer interactions
• Follow agency sales processes and performance expectations
• Support customers with coverage questions and policy options

Qualifications

• Property & Casualty license preferred
• Candidates must be licensed or willing and able to obtain licensing
• Sales or customer-facing experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a professional work ethic
• Ability to work in a team-oriented office environment

Compensation

• $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
• Compensation based on experience and licensing
