Position Description: A leader in apartment management, is seeking an experienced, self-motivated, diligent, part time Leasing Professional with tax credit experience. The chosen candidate must possess the following skills: excellent communication skills, strong organizational, administrative skills, strong time management skills, a professional image, excellent customer service, ability to close a sale, knowledge of on-site maintenance requirements including dealing with vendors and contractors, and ability to accurately perform basic to intermediate mathematical functions.
