Position Overview
Lindsey Weaver - State Farm Agency in Raleigh, NC is seeking a motivated Insurance Sales Representative to join our team. This role combines providing excellent service to existing clients with identifying opportunities to recommend additional insurance coverage.

You will receive structured training in customer service, consultative sales, and relationship management, preparing you for long-term growth in the insurance industry.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide professional, accurate, and friendly service to clients
• Respond to inquiries regarding policies, coverage, billing, and claims
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions
• Build and maintain client relationships through follow-up and support
• Support agency sales and retention goals

Qualifications
• Property & Casualty insurance license required or must be able to obtain
• Life & Health insurance license required or must be able to obtain
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, dependable, and results-oriented
• Ability to work in-office in Raleigh, NC
• Prior sales or customer service experience preferred but not required

Compensation & Benefits
• Base Salary: $37,500 - $42,000 per year
• Average Monthly Commission: $1,000 - $1,500 (varies with performance)
