What You'll Do:
  • Supervise and deliver high-quality ABA therapy via telehealth in clinic, home, and community settings
  • Develop and maintain functional, naturalistic treatment plans
  • Conduct assessments and functional behavior analyses
  • Lead engaging parent training sessions
  • Mentor and collaborate with behavior technicians and fellow BCBAs
  • Create innovative training materials for staff and parents
  • Monitor client progress to ensure treatment integrity
  • Maintain accurate documentation and data collection
What We're Looking For:
  • Master's degree in ABA, Special Education, or related field
  • BCBA Certification and supervisory experience
  • Minimum of 4 years providing ABA services to children
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Physical ability to actively engage with clients (lifting up to 50 lbs)
  • Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and proof of auto insurance

Pay: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
