Job Overview:

Qualification

• Education: Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Experience: Radiology Billing

Scheduling Requirements (non-exempt positions):

• Full-Time
• Day

Essential Functions:

• Equipment ordering and repair
• Radiology Billing Coordinator
• Daily list sent from HIM(Northern region) and Medical records on site- Call physician offices for updated scripts and or diagnoses, to facilitate accounts can get charged and or billed properly
• Research errors on accounts and provide any missing information, update accounts as needed
• Denial report- research denials and try to get account paid if possible-Get new documentation resubmit billing,
• departs include Cat scan, MRI, Nuclear Medicine, Ultrasound, Radiology
• Daly work log in Epic- any errors that charges do not post- research, correct and then post new charges,
• For Radiology, Ultrasound, Cat Scan, MRI, Nuclear Medicine
• Daily WorkqueUE List in Epic which includes high dollar service accounts, Radiology MUES, Radiology MRI Safety, Registration Review needed, Radiology CCI Edits, Radiology DNB Revenue Edits, Radiology Supervisor Revenue,
• Daily Bill holds- research all department find errors correct or update documentation for all above stated departments
• Order supplies for departments as needed; Diag Radiology, Ultrasound, Cat Scan, MRI, Nuclear Medicine, Radiation Oncology, CIOX and Logistics
• Payroll(over135 employees) for Diag Radiology, Transport, Nuclear medicine, Ultrasound, Cat Scan, MRI, Radiation Oncology and Logistics
• All payroll input, call pay, incentives, charge pay and corrections of any errors that may have occurred for payroll
