Job Description:
Handle inbound calls with the occasional need to return voicemails. You will update account information, process donations, cancel or confirm memberships, and answer questions relating to our clients' causes and events by navigating various websites and proprietary databases.

Qualifications:
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Be able to pass a background check if required.
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written, is required.
• Paid Training provided.
• 2 years of Call Center experience preferred.
• Type 25 wpm
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft applications
• Ability to retain/recall information from memory.
• Prior experience in Political or Non-Profit fundraising preferred.
• Prior Work-from-Home experience required.

Hours:
• Full-time hours. Shifts vary.
• Ability to work one weekend day.

Computer Requirements:
• Must have either a desktop or laptop running Microsoft Windows 10 or higher with a minimum of 8GB of RAM (16GB of RAM preferred).
• Must have High-Speed Internet and be able to plug directly into your router for the best internet connection. Use of Wi-Fi is not allowed.
• Must have a headset to take calls.
• An external monitor is preferred.

Pay:
• Starting Pay is $15.50 - $17.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications
• Semi-Monthly (8th and 23rd of the month)
