This role leads the North American sales organization with full responsibility for revenue generation and quota attainment across the region. The Sales Director will build, coach, and scale a high-performing team to win complex enterprise deals and drive significant business growth. Success in this position requires a strategic mindset, strong executive presence, and hands-on leadership to manage pipelines, forecast accurately, and close high-value opportunities. The role involves close collaboration with marketing, partnerships, and customer teams, and requires frequent travel to engage with clients and attend industry events. - Own all revenue generation and quota attainment across North America, ensuring consistent achievement of sales targets.
- Build, lead, and scale a high-performing sales team capable of winning complex enterprise deals.
- Maintain pipeline health, including coverage, deal progression, and conversion to closed revenue.
- Drive disciplined pipeline creation across outbound and inbound channels, collaborating with BDR and marketing teams.
- Lead strategic, high-value deals, including executive engagement and complex negotiations when needed.
- Enforce qualification standards, deal strategy discipline, and rigorous forecasting practices.
- Recruit, hire, and develop top sales talent while continuously raising team performance.
- Build and maintain executive relationships with senior stakeholders at target institutions.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, with proven success selling to enterprise customers, preferably in fintech, compliance, fraud prevention, or data infrastructure.
- 2+ years of experience building and leading sales teams with a track record of exceeding revenue targets.
- Strong ownership mindset with the ability to drive outcomes and hold self and team accountable.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and executive presence.
- Ability to coach and develop sales talent and build high-performing teams.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment with comfort handling ambiguity and change.
- Based in Salt Lake City with legal authorization to work in the U.S.; visa sponsorship not available.
- Willingness to travel up to 60% across North America.
