Information Technology Strategies, Inc. is a government IT solutions provider servicing commercial and government initiative in various parts of the United States. We are currently seeking a Windows System Administrator to work for our company.

Summary:

• Client Agency is Defense Logistics Agency

Requirements:

• Eligibility to obtain a U.S. Government IT-I / IT-II / SECRET / TOP SECRET Clearance. Basic Federal Clearance requirements are U.S. Citizenship, clear criminal history check, no recent or pending bankruptcies.
• One CE certification: Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, Okta Certified Administrator, AWS
• One IAT-II security certification: CCNA Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, Security+ CE, CND, SSCP, CASP+ CE, CCNP Security, CISA, CISSP, CISSA, GCED, GCIH, or CCSP
• 4+ years of experience as a Windows System Administrator.
• Working experience with Microsoft Server 2016, or newer.
• Working experience with Microsoft Internet Information Services (MIIS -or- IIS) version 10 or newer.
• Working experience with Microsoft Active Directory server role.
• Working experience with setup, maintaining, and making recommendations to improve web application environments
• Working experience providing support for emergency troubleshooting issues, critical project support, and web application monitoring
• Analyzes and resolves end user software program and connectivity issues.
• Provide recommendations on technological direction to align with business vision.
• Will be required to provide both local and remote maintenance support to various operational systems deployed at more than one location. Support includes general maintenance, upgrades, and new installs of servers and applications. Familiarity with cloud computing and hosting concepts to include Amazon AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Oracle OCI
• Performs vulnerability management.
• Oral presentation experience and excellent oral and written communication skills.

Preferences:

• Experience supporting Microsoft Windows IIS applications in Cloud infrastructure.
• Experience working with public key infrastructure (PKI) and SSL certificates.
• Knowledge of DoD Information Assurance practices, including Security Technical Implementation Guide (STIG).
• Experience with ITSM “HelpDesk” ticketing systems.
