Lot Attendant - Schuss at Shanty Creek Ski and Golf Resort LLC – Bellaire, Michigan

The Lot Attendant at Schuss Mountain plays an important role in creating a positive first impression for our guests. This position is responsible for maintaining a clean, organized, and safe golf cart and parking area while providing excellent customer service. The Lot Attendant assists guests with parking and cart retrieval, monitors the area for safety concerns, and supports overall operational efficiency.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the golf cart and parking areas
• Assist guests with parking and retrieving golf carts in a timely, friendly manner
• Greet guests and provide helpful information or assistance as needed
• Monitor the lot for safety hazards and report concerns promptly
• Help manage traffic flow and ensure compliance with parking guidelines

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

• Previous customer service experience
• Familiarity with golf carts and basic golf etiquette
• General knowledge of safety procedures

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused mindset with a friendly, approachable demeanor
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean, safe environment
• Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks
